浙江三七市镇胜利村发生警民冲突事件 Oct 10th 2013, 15:18 浙江宁波余姚市三七市镇胜利村10月9日下午发生村民堵路抗议、警民冲突事件，起因是村民们自发堆砌的沙袋防洪坝被故意拆除，造成胜利村洪水更加泛滥。 海外的中国茉莉花革命网星期四刊载了现场图片并报道说，近日，受台风「菲特」影响，余姚市连续强降雨，导致全城70%被洪水掩没，交通瘫痪，通信中断。三七市镇村民在61省道胜利村村口三七派出所前自发堆砌的沙袋防洪坝被故意拆除，造成三七市镇胜利村洪水更加泛滥。 9日下午，愤怒的民众找镇政府讨说法未果，于是堵住61省道以示抗议。派出所出动民警和辅警到场，期间发生冲突，派出所欲逮捕一民众，更导致民众愈加激动。
