维权人士广州街头拉横幅请愿被抓 Oct 9th 2013, 17:40 中国维权人士陈健雄（本名"陈进新"）和谢文飞9月30日在广州街头打出"废除一党专政，建立民主中国"的横幅；当天二人即被抓走。 本周三，广州维权人士刘士辉从陈健雄家人处得知，陈健雄已于10月1日被广州市天河区公安分局以涉嫌"聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪"的名义刑事拘留，现羁押于天河区看守所；谢文飞也被刑事拘留，与陈健雄应属相同罪名。 海外中文博讯网周三报道说，陈健雄和谢文飞都是南方民主志士。陈健雄也是"赤壁举牌五君子"之一，刚获得取保候审时间不长。
