冀中星控广东警方 法院拒绝立案 Oct 27th 2013, 20:30 山东访民冀中星就他在东莞被殴致残一案提出行政诉讼，要求广东警方公布调查进展，但广州市中级法院拒绝立案。 据《京华时报》星期天报道，冀中星委托律师刘晓原向广东省公安厅申请信息公开但被拒，于是又向广州市中级法院行政起诉省公安厅。但广州中院认为冀中星申请公开的是刑事案件侦查进展，不属于政府信息公开范围，因此拒绝立案。 冀中星今年7月在北京首都机场引爆炸弹，本月15日一审判处有期徒刑6年，他已提出上诉。
