村民挖出疑似乌木被政府暂扣警察鸣枪示警 Oct 27th 2013, 20:29 四川德阳市一名村民在自家责任田挖出巨型"乌木"，却被镇政府暂扣，并起诉到法院要求确权。 据华西都市报星期天报道，德阳市什邡南泉镇村民林凤霞在自家责任田挖出巨型"乌木"，正要转运时，当地派出所民警和镇政府工作人员相继赶到。为控制局面，民警朝天鸣枪示警，后将"乌木"暂扣，运往当地派出所。镇政府认为"乌木"是国家所有，已起诉至法院请求确权。林凤霞认为"乌木"是从自家责任田里挖出，理应属于自己所有。"乌木"的归属问题成为争论的焦点。 上周五，什邡市法院已受理此案，周六启动诉讼财产保全，将三根巨型"乌木"转运到法院指定地点存放。
