「红卫兵」前外长泡澡示主权 李肇星曾母暗沙赤膊上阵 Oct 28th 2013, 10:07 中国前外交部部长李肇星近日在成都表示，他前段时间前往曾母暗沙，在那里泡了个澡，宣示了一下「主权」。 北京一家报章报导，李肇星26日在四川成都工业学院报告会上表示，前段时间他到曾母暗沙去了一趟，「以我个人的名义宣示了一下主权，在那里泡了一个澡。」曾母暗沙位于南沙群岛最南端。
