一箭双雕改变游戏规则 奥巴马吹嘘「精于杀人」 Nov 4th 2013, 04:49 将于近日出版的新书「一箭双雕：改变游戏规则的2012年」《Double Down：Game Change 2012》透露，美国总统奥巴马在2012年竞逐连任时，曾向幕僚吹嘘自己「精于杀人」。 书中披露，奥巴马派出无人机在巴基斯坦及也门猎杀恐怖分子的做法，当时面对愈来愈多批评声音，他与幕僚谈到此事时，就说了自己精于杀人这句话。 奥巴马曾于2009年获诺贝尔和平奖，但有统计指，他亲自下令了326次无人机空袭行动，而自04年起，无人机空袭共造成了高达3,600人死亡，包括950名平民。
