江苏建湖县强征土地建豪华办公楼 Sep 5th 2013, 20:24 江苏盐城建湖县政府强征千亩农田建设豪华办公大楼。农民不断向上级有关部门投诉控告，要求查处这一严重损害国家和农民利益的不法行为，但至今未果。 据村民向海外的维权网反映，2011年建湖县政府确立县政府机关迁至近湖镇严桥村。为规避国家政策的约束，建湖县政府巧立名目、欺上瞒下强征农民耕地约1000亩，涉及农民人口数为2000余人。 由于补偿标准远远低于国家规定的标准，当地农民对此表示强烈不满，同时，对这一征地项目的合法性也表示强烈的质疑。
