欧盟商会：外国公司在华受到不公平对待 Sep 5th 2013, 19:07 中国欧盟商会的官员抱怨说，在中国的外国公司在有关行贿和价格垄断接受调查时受到不公平的对待。 中国欧盟商会主席大卫•库奇诺（Davide Cucino）说，中国政府在调查处理奶粉企业价格垄断问题上，受到调查的外国企业不成比例，官方媒体也对这一调查进行了高调的报道。 最近英国公司葛兰素史克、法国赛诺菲和瑞士诺华都在中国受到行贿指控。合生元、美赞臣、多美滋等六家企业奶粉企业被控价格垄断，被罚6亿多元人民币。 库奇诺是在发布中国欧盟商会的年度报告时作出此番表示的。该年度报告呼吁中国政府更多地开放国企占主导地位的领域，让私营企业参与竞争。
