韩朝商定恢复西海军事热线 Sep 6th 2013, 02:34 韩國联合通訊社引述韓國「统一部」消息指出，韩朝在开城工业区三通（通行、通信和通关）小组委员会会议上商定于周五恢复西海军事热线，并于上午九时进行试通话。 報道指出，韓国政府将恢复西海军事热线作为开城工业园区重启的先决条件，由此可见开城工业区的重启指日可待。 韩朝军方人士也出席了這場委员会会议，集中对军事热线的恢复问题进行了商讨。此外，韩朝还举行了出入境滞留問題委員會，双方讨论了为保障来往人员的安全出入境和滞留将取消出入境限制等问题。 今年三月二十七日朝鲜对表示反對韩美联合军演，单方面地切断了西海军事热线，该热线是出入开城工业区的联络渠道，时隔五个多月得以重新恢复通话。
