中国经济负面效应逐渐现身 前9月新设外商家数负成长 Oct 17th 2013, 08:14 中国官方周四公布，今年1至9月，外商投资新设立企业1万6351家，年减9.29%；实际使用外资金额886亿美元，年增6.22%。 中国9月当月实际使用外资金额88.4亿美元，年增4.88%。这是中国实际使用外资连续第8正成长。 中国官网报导，中国商务部上午公布上述最新统计数据。商务部表示，前9月中国大陆吸收外资有几大特点，首先是服务业实际使用外资保持成长；其次是亚洲、欧盟、美国对中国大陆投资保持较快成长；再其次是中西部地区吸收外资增速超过东部地区。
