奥巴马签法案 美国政府重开 Oct 17th 2013, 09:13 白宫表示，总统奥巴马已将终结政府关门整整16天及调高债务上限的法案，正式签署立法。 法案在美国时间周三晚在参众两院以大比数过关，结束长达数周的财政僵局。由民主党把持的参议院，先以81票对18票通过法案，紧接着由共和党控制的众议院以285票对144票表决过关。 白宫管理及预算局周三深夜表示，公务员周四将重返工作岗位。
