中国证实韩扣渔船 出面要求公正调查 Oct 8th 2013, 10:21 中国要求韩国公正调查中国渔船近日被扣事件。中国驻韩国光州总领馆领事随员戴敏凯接受官媒记者电话采访时表示，已与韩国当地相关部门取得联系，要求对方对中国渔船被扣押事件，进行公正调查，并保护中方人员的人身安全和合法权益。 韩媒日前称，韩国全罗南道木浦海洋警察署10月7日早上分别截获了中国籍120吨级「鲁营渔51190」号和「鲁营渔51189」号渔船，当时这两艘渔船在全罗南道附近海域进行捕捞。这一过程中双方发生冲突，有两名中国船员和四名韩国海警受伤。 戴敏凯证实，中国渔船被韩国海警扣押，中国渔船受伤人员正在医院接受治疗，目前无生命危险。
