如皋7旬老人举报前书记 门前路被毁盼保障权益 Nov 5th 2013, 16:09 南通如皋市九华镇的70岁老人朱辉新因为举报营西村前书记马宝智倒卖土地之事，遭受打击报复。据博讯新闻网星期二刊载图片披露，朱辉新家里唯一出行的道路被挖毁，导致近2年多来无法正常出行。朱辉新曾多次向九华镇曹阳书记、如皋市书记和南通市书记反映情况，但是至今问题没有得到解决。 据报道，今年7月1号《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》正式实施，朱辉新表示，他不需要什么保障，只求有一条路能让他和老伴正常出行就够了。他们年纪大了真的伤不起了，老伴已经两次掉到沟里摔伤，这一次命是捡回来了。朱辉新期望《老年人权益保障法》能起到保护他和老伴的作用，平平安安的度过晚年。
