日方扣押中国渔船 指控在专属区作业 Nov 5th 2013, 20:15 日本冲绳石垣海上保安部星期二扣押了一艘中国渔船，并逮捕了渔船的中国籍船长和11名渔民，理由是这艘渔船在日本专属经济区进行非法作业、涉嫌违反日本《渔业主权法》。据法新社报道，日本海上保安部还指控这艘渔船企图逃走，没有按照命令停船。 据报道，被扣中国渔船当天上午在宫古岛东北偏东约42公里处日本专属经济区内进行捕鱼。日方表示，中国渔船经常在日本专属经济区内进行捕鱼，日方一般采用驱逐的方式，有时也会扣押。
