杨洁篪吁中日民间增加交流 Nov 6th 2013, 09:11 中国负责外事的国务委员杨洁篪五日在北京会见了日本长崎县知事中村法道。中村事后向日本共同社表示，日中的民间交流和地方交流非常重要，愿积极予以促进。 中村在会见中坦言，日中目前关系并不好，因而强调「正是在这种时刻才有必要由地方政府间交流和民间交流发挥引导作用，加强两国的友好和信任的纽带。 杨洁篪曾在联合国大会一般性辩论中点名强烈指责日本从中国「窃取」了钓鱼岛。据中村转述，杨洁篪在会见中没有具体提及尖阁诸岛问题，但表示中国在领土问题上的立场得到了理解，将通过对话解决。
