国台办：民进党不改台独就不交流 Aug 11th 2013, 21:30 民进党籍的台湾高雄市长陈菊正在大陆访问，星期天大陆国台办发言人表示，大陆对民进党的政策没有变化。民进党不改变"台独"立场，"我们就不会与其进行党际交流"。 高雄市长陈菊此次大陆行包括天津、深圳、福州、厦门四个城市。星期六陈菊在天津与大陆国台办主任张志军会晤时再次强调，希望中国大陆不仅和台湾的单一政党接触，也该和其它政党接触，才能看到台湾社会多元的面貌。对此，国台办发言人杨毅星期天再次强调大陆与民进党党际交流的条件。他还就支持两岸城市交流说，"愿与赞成两岸关系和平发展的台湾各界人士接触沟通，欢迎他们来大陆交流访问。"
