姚城被抓20多小时仍无消息 Sep 5th 2013, 15:05 合肥维权人士姚城陪同异见人士张林的两个女儿在上海申请赴美国的签证时，被警察带走已经20多个小时仍无消息。 据维权网消息，姚城的家人无法联系他，于是向上海市公安局报警，最后静安区公安分局说：等到了法定的时间会有通知的。 现在被拘留在安徽蚌埠的张林十岁的女儿张安妮受到父亲的牵连，无法在居住地上学，还曾一度被警方短暂拘押。她被称为中国"最小的良心犯"。现在美国友人希望张安妮和姐姐一起到美国接受教育。
