美防长：朝拥有庞大化学武器库 Sep 5th 2013, 01:40 韩国联合通讯社发自华盛顿的报道指出，美国国防部长黑格尔四日出席美国参议院外交委员会会议时表示，朝鲜拥有庞大的化学武器库，这给韩国及两万八千名驻韩美军带来严重威胁。 黑格尔上月底在文莱会见韩国防长金宽镇，就朝鲜的化学武器带来的威胁及应对方案进行了长时间的讨论。 报道引述美国今年初发布的「2012年朝鲜军力发展报告」中表示，据推测，朝鲜经过长时间的研究拥有生产神经毒剂、坏血行毒剂和窒息性毒剂等化学武器的能力，而且拥有化学武器库。 美国国家情报总监办公室(DNI)2006年向美国议会提交的秘密文件「大规模杀伤性武器技术报告」称，据判断，朝鲜经过长时间的研究已拥有化学武器项目，朝鲜拥有「较为庞大」的化学武器库存。
