菲律宾继续指责中国扩建黄岩岛 Sep 4th 2013, 19:16 菲律宾星期三继续指责中国扩建黄岩岛。菲国国防部发言人表示，在黄岩岛发现的中国三合土板墙已有75块；这些三合土板可作为地基，为兴建任何建筑物做准备。此前，菲律宾国防部于周二表示，菲空军上周末巡逻时在黄岩岛北部发言30多块混凝土砌块，并称这是拉开建筑工程的序幕。 中国外交部发言人洪磊星期三回应重申，黄岩岛是中国固有领土，维护黄岩岛主权及该海域的秩序是中方的正当权益，无可非议。香港明报报道说，中国驻菲律宾大使馆在回应法新社相关查询时称，中方需要调查。
