海力士无锡厂大火 Sep 5th 2013, 01:37 位于江苏无锡新区的韩国半导体大厂海力士的一个车间周三下午三时许突然发生火灾，冒出的浓烟蔓延周边数公里。 中新网引述周边民众表示，当时先看到火苗窜出来，然后就听到几声「爆炸」声，之后就是漫天的浓烟散开。 一名从生产车间逃出来的工人说，是车间气泵爆炸，火苗进入主管道，管道内全是有毒酸性易燃液体，从而引发大火。 海力士是全球DRAM重要供应商，由于火势勐烈、浓烟密布，估计受创严重，牵动全球DRAM供应。DRAM大厂三星、美光及南科等，相继于昨天傍晚暂停报价，停止接单。
