美处理情报疏漏 未察叙化武攻击 Sep 5th 2013, 09:11 外电报道引述一名美国官员坦承，叙利亚毒气攻击发生前几天，美国情报机构没有察觉叙利亚政权准备发动大规模化武攻击，事发后才将情报片段拼凑起来。 报道指出美国国务卿克里后来揭露当时一项关键情报，以此证明叙利亚政府要为化武攻击负责。这项情报是美方通过截听，发现叙利亚军方部队准备发动攻击。但一名资深美国官员说，美国情报机构握有这些情报，但先前迟迟没有「处理」。 克里上周在国务院演讲时说：「我们知道攻击发生前三天，叙利亚政权的化武人员在那片地区地面做准备。我们知道叙利亚政权分子得知要为攻击做准备，戴上防毒面具，採取与化武相关的防范措施。」
