地震损坏堵后门束手就擒 菲移民局商场拘22中国人 Nov 5th 2013, 08:13 菲律宾移民局探员周一在宿务进行新一轮的外侨身分核查行动，逮捕22名中国人和7名印度人。 菲律宾报章引述目击者称，移民局探员周一下午2时多，包围位于宿务市商业中心最繁忙的科伦街的138商场，逮捕商场内被指违反菲律宾移民法的中国人。 在138商场内做生意的，据说大多数是中国新移民。目击者说，138商场的后门在10月15日发生的7.2级地震中损坏，所以当移民局突击时，大多数被指非法居留的中国人都无法逃走。
