中国打房打到「鸳鸯」四散 　房价没降离婚率却暴增 Nov 5th 2013, 09:24 北京市今年前3季离婚登记数量较去年同期暴增。中国大陆打房，高房价没见松动，但不少拥有二栋房的家庭却以离婚方式逃避高额税负。 陆媒报导，北京市今年前3季离婚登记数量达到3万9075对，与去年同期相比暴增41%，这种增幅远超出前4年的平均水准。 除北京外，中国大陆不少城市也都出现离婚率陡增的怪像。报导说，中国大陆打房，高房价没见松动，为买房而故意离婚的人倒增加了很多。 中国大陆一些地方今年推出新规定，按个人转让住房所得的20%征收个人所得税，但「满5年唯一住房免征20%个税」。于是，很多拥有二栋房的家庭选择透过离婚方式逃避高额税负。
