新疆维权人士赵海通已被逮捕 Nov 4th 2013, 16:26 据湖北的民间维权机构民生观察工作室消息，广州吴魁明律师已经确认，失踪二个多月的赵海通已经在9月12日被以涉嫌"煽动颠覆国家政权罪"为由逮捕，关在新疆乌鲁木齐市六道湾看守所。目前不清楚他被关押的具体事由。 赵海通是新疆人，近两年来经常活跃于广东街头的举牌 、集会活动。据赵海通的朋友成秋波10月11日在推特上发布的消息称，他于8月9～10号在吐鲁番失踪，一同失踪的还有另外一位朋友，他们是在帮当地维族人维权的过程中失踪的。
