甘肃酒泉钢厂炉前工患尘肺病 厂方拒绝出具职业病诊断证明（六） Oct 31st 2013, 17:49 中国的劳动法律法规要求，企业为罹患职业病的工人提供医疗及生活保障。但一些企业的员工患了职业病，企业却千方百计推卸相关责任。自由亚洲电台劳工通讯主持人韩东方采访了甘肃省酒泉钢厂的炉前工焦健龙（音），他2008年因病住院，被钢厂医院诊断得了尘肺病。但是，当他申请职业病患者待遇时，厂方医院却改口说他无尘肺，当地职业病鉴定机构也说他"无尘肺"，以致他至今享受不到法定的职业病待遇。下面请继续收听采访的内容。
