中日舌战华斥妨碍军演 日指无法理解无法接受 Nov 1st 2013, 11:01 日本否认干扰中国在西太平洋的军事演习，扬言「无法理解」北京的外交抗议。 中国国防部发言人杨宇周四在记者会上说，中国海军10月24日起在西太平洋的公海实施实弹演习，预定11月1日结束，但日本护卫舰25日至28日期间停泊在同一海域，侦察机也多次进入中国军演海域的上空妨碍军演。为此中方向日方提出了强烈抗议。 但日本防卫大臣小野寺五典坚称，日本没有干扰中国的军演，「我们依据国际法执行一般预防巡查。中国的看法令人无法接受」。
