官员遭双规时送命 纪委人员被起诉 Sep 4th 2013, 11:14 浙江温州官员六名中共地方纪委与地方检察院干部，涉嫌在一起「双规」案件中导致被调查对象猝死，遭到被正式起诉。 外电引述北京维权律师浦志强周三表示，死亡的官员为于其一，生前是温州市工业投资集团公司的总工程师兼中共党委委员，去年八月到国务院国有资产监督管理委员会挂职，于监事会工作局锻练一年。 但于其一今年四月八日晚被送进医院抢救无效死亡，得年四十二岁。中国媒体引述起诉书指出，六名被告人涉嫌将其置于冰水浴桶中反覆闷水致死，涉嫌故意伤害罪。
