路透社采访无锡访民 暴涨负债多搜刮民财 Sep 3rd 2013, 20:29 路透社日前报道了无锡访民许海凤的遭遇。许海凤家的房屋3年前当地政府强拆，她因此到北京上访，控告当地政府。3年间，许海凤和她的家人先后被18次绑架，被关进黑监狱。路透社的报道说，许海凤的遭遇今人震惊，而更令人震惊的是暴力强征的背后反映出中国地方政府深陷财政赤字抢掠民财。许海凤表示，无锡市政府债台高筑，现在就靠吸取老百姓的财富和掠夺居民的土地维持。许海凤指出，她74岁的老母亲被非法关押近1年，就是因为要求政府补偿。
