被认定组织商户上访 商场商户遭法院驱赶 Sep 3rd 2013, 17:43 湖南省永州市冷水滩区法院执法局日前出动100多人来到冷水滩区金水湾百货公司，对这里的商户蒋朝元、卿昭进行强行驱赶。蒋朝元、卿昭二人合伙租的门面经营水晶、玉器。法院的将店中的水晶、玉器等强行往外搬。卿昭说了一句，法院3天的执行期还未到怎么就搬，结果3名法官上来就对其进行推打，卿昭当场倒地，屋内的东西也全部被清空。 据民生观察工作室披露，蒋朝元、卿昭租用金水湾百货公司的门面已几年了，因百货公司认定他们组织商户上访，就拒绝再租房给他们。蒋朝元、卿昭不服，双方将官司打到了冷水滩区法院，现在法院的判决还未下来，冷水滩区法院执法局上周四就下达先予执行通知书，限2人3天后搬离。
