日本发生六点五强震 Sep 4th 2013, 02:30 外电引述美国地质调查所发布的消息证实，日本东部周三发生里氏规模6.5强烈地震。但当局表示不会发生海啸。 美国地质调查所表示，地震发生在周三今天上午八时十八分，深度四百零四公里。日本气象厅发言人说：「震央位于太平洋，位于东京南方数百公里处，我们认为不会发生海啸。」 东京电力公司（TEPCO）则通报地震没有影响到发生核灾的福岛核电厂。
