全球第二经济大国徒有虚名？ 经商容易度排名连海地不如 Oct 29th 2013, 10:23 世界银行公布「2014经商环境报告」，中国经商容易度排名第96，名列后段班，还输给海地（第67名）和俄罗斯（第92名）。 世界银行「经商环境报告」已有11年历史，中国在去年报告中拿下第91名忿忿不平，甚至施压世银取消这份报告。 如今，中国排名再度下坠，甚至输给排名第92的俄罗斯，北京势必再度急得跳脚。 中国在创业难度、申请施工许可证、纳税和保护投资人等项目的得分特别低。即便是在贸易项目上，身为全球第2大经济体的中国也仅拿下第74名。
