食水靠大陆人口也得靠 设上限港府称不切实际 Oct 29th 2013, 10:33 香港劳工及福利局局长张建宗表示，设定人口上限的做法不切实际，因为香港人口成长不足。张建宗说，香港目前的新增人口主要来自中国大陆，政府可以透过培训及教育，协助这些新移民投入劳动市场。 目前香港有超过700万人口，而本地出生率低，人口成长主要来自港人在中国大陆的子女或亲属。但近年香港本地出现一股反对中国大陆移民的想法，少数人提出设定人口上限，减少中国大陆移民人数。
