货不对板「挂羊头卖狗肉」 坂急坂神酒店社长辞职 Oct 29th 2013, 03:05 日本知名的坂急坂神酒店因食材不符菜单，社长出崎弘宣布引咎辞职。 坂急坂神酒店早前因「挂羊头卖狗肉」事件被媒体广泛报道，有顾客指酒店提供和菜单上不一的食材，例如曾经使用便宜的飞鱼卵来充当鳟鱼卵，用冷冻鱼冒充活鱼等，这一现象持续了7年之久。 出崎社长亲自到旗下23间酒店及宴会会场调查，他表示根据调查结果显示有部分工作人员对事件知情，同时在未向顾客解释之下向顾客提供食物，这种行为被顾客认为是「伪装」行为也不为过。 他将于11月1日引咎辞职，辞掉坂急坂神酒店社长及坂急坂神控股的董事职位。
