甘肃黄河塌堤 兰州星夜抢救 Oct 29th 2013, 02:18 甘肃省兰州市主城区的城关黄河大桥西引道河堤周一垮塌，所幸无人伤亡。截至周一晚11时30分，垮塌河堤仍在抢修中。 兰州是中国唯一的黄河穿城而过的省会城市，黄河水的起伏时刻影响兰州居民的生活。 因受洪水浸泡，2012年8月和9月，兰州黄河河堤先后出现3次较大影响的险情，分别造成数十米堤岸垮塌。
